Wayne County, NC - Will of Jonathan Taylor Sr, 1819

  State of North Carolina   July the 3rd 1819
  In the name of God amen  I JONATHAN TAYLOR SR. of the County
  of Wayne and State aforesaid being sick and weak of Body but of
  Sound mind & disposing memory thanks be to God for the Same, do
  make & ordain this to be and Contain my last Will and Testament in
  manner & form folling that is to say
  FIRST I lend to my beloved wife HannerRette TAYLOR all my house-
  hold & Kitchen firnture with all my stock plantation Tools and three
  Negroes to wit Winney Peggy & Phillis- During her Natural Life
  SECONDLY Then all the above property Lent to my Beloved wife to
  be divided after her death between my two Daughters that is to say
  my Will and Desire is that one third part of all the said property.
  (or its value in money) Shall be left in the hands of my Executors
  To give out to my Daughter MARY WILKINS as they may think proper
  or best for her suport. And if any remains in the hands of my said
  Executors after her death then it shall be Equally Divided between 
  my three children or their heirs
  THIRDLY  I give to my Daughter HANNERIETTY TAYLOR or her heirs
  forever all the other Two thirds of the property (or it value in 
  money) that I Lent to my beloved wife after her Death
  FOURTHLY I give to my Son WILLIAM TAYLOR or his heirs forever
  fifty Dollars to be reised (raised) out of the above property Lent to
  my wife after her death. And it is also my Will & desire that all my
  just debts be paid by my Executors out the above Lent property
  FIFTLY And I do nominate and appoint my Friend Thomas
  Kenneday, Jos Everitt Sr. and Mathew Everitt Executors to this my
  Last Will and Testament  Revoking all Wills & Deeds made by me at
  any other time heretofore.
  Signed Sealed and published by me to be and contain his Last Will
  and Testament in presents of
