Wayne County, NC - Will of Tabitha Taylor, 1837 ~~~~~~~~~~ In the name of God Amen I TABITHA TAYLOR of the County of Wayne and State of North Carolina Being in a low State of health but a Sound and perfect mind and memory this the twenty ninth day of April in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and thirty five make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form Following Viz FIRST I give to my nephew ROBERT WILLIAMS two negroes one negro boy the name of Isaac about two years old one negro girl by the name of Exey about six months old one Fether bed and furniture one chest and pot and one bay mare and Coalt and three head of Cattle and all the rest of my property that I do not hereafter give away SECOND I give to my niece PENELOPE HOLT one negro woman by the name of Mary about Eight years old and all of my wareing apparel THIRD I give to my nephew THOMAS T.
