NC Family members cleaned up the cemetery in the spring and summer of 1994. It was so overgrown with trees, weeds and other debris that people had difficulty walking through it and even finding headstones or graves. Every year in the Spring the family gathers together to continue the upkeep of this precious and priceless reminder of our past. There are two Unusual Headstones in the Cemetery. They are shaped like heads but the inscription on one is gone. The other belongs to Rossa Absher. Probably carved by her father "Dan" Absher.
