Edmund Jones vs. James Sheppard - Original Attachment

Richard R. Gwyn, being summoned as Garnishee

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant in this case 
is not an inhabitant of the State. It is therefore ordered that publication be 
made in the Raleigh Star for three weeks, that unless the defendant appear at 
the next term of the said Court on the first Monday of November next, replevy 
and plead, answer or demur, Judgement will be had against him, Test.
