Johnson's line by warrant no. 1465 entered February 5, 1877 surveyed April 14, 1877, (3) 38 acres "upon Roaring River including the Little Rock" beginning on F.M. Brown's Southwest Corner and running along Caroline Casy's line also touching J.B. Spicer's corner and Brown's line by warrant no. 2039 entered January 2, 1882 surveyed February 3, 1882, (4) 13 and one half acres "on the waters of Roaring River beginning on Caroline Cacys Southwest corner" and adjacent also to James C. Truitt and a Spicer by warrant no. 1947 entered March 7, 1881 surveyed February 3, 1882, (5) 4 acres "on the waters of Roaring River Garden Creek" beginning on James A. Johnson's Southeast corner by warrant no. 2559 entered March 20, 1886 surveyed April 20, 1887, (6) 200 acres "on Garden Creek waters of Roaring River" beginning on Spicer's corner also touching Jesse Holbrook's corner and J.A. Johnson's corner and Margeret Brooks property by warrant no. 2704 entry no. 404 entered July 24, 1888 surveyed February 7, 1889, (7) 30 acres on "waters of Roaring River" including Wolf Rock beginning on James M. Brown's corner by warrant no. 2038 entry no. 738 entered Nov. 24, 1890 surveyed December 11, 1890, (8) 45 acres "on the waters of Roaring River and on Widdows Creek" on Margaret Brook's line by warrant no. 519 entered August 29, 1898 surveyed June 22, 1899, (9) 8 and one half acres "on the waters of Roaring River" beginning at a stake at the Maunr? Caudill corner also touching corners of William H. Joines, William Sidden, D.H. Halloway, and F.M.
