Warrants
     
     I hereby certify that NATHANIEL DOBBS, ZEPHAMIAH FARREL, PETER THOMAS,and
JOHN SOUTHARD have been returned to the Office as entitles to One Hundred acres
of land each, as Soldiers in the Virginia Line during the Late War and that 
Warrants in their names have been issued to FRANCIS BALDWIN of Wilkes County,
Georgia as attorney to the above named Soldiers.
                                        Given under my hand and the seal
                                         of the War Office this thirty first 
                                         day of August 1796
