Judge Starbuck tonight heard arguments for a permanent injunction restraining 
the treasurer of Wilkes County from paying interest on railroad bonds. Judge 
Avery, of Morganton, and B.B. Finley, of Wilkesboro, represented the 
commissioners of Wilkes while J.L. Patterson spoke for Sheriff Call, treasurer 
of the county. Judge Starbuck is expected to announce his decision in a few 
days.
