In the name of God Amen. I Abraham Cook of Wilkes County in the State of
North Carolina being weak of body but of sound sense and memory do make this
my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say first
I lend unto my wife Elizabeth Cook all my estate enduring her widowhood and
after the death or marriage of my said wife my will is that my whole estate
be equally divided between Larkin Cook, Isaac Cook, Richard Cook, Aaron
Cook, Wiot Cook, and Amey Cook. Lastly I nominate and appoint Randall Mabery
Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills
by me heretofore made and do make and constitute this my last will and
testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26
day of July 1800.
