Item I lend to my wife Nancy HOWARD my whole Estate of Whatsoever kind r Nature together with my land & Plantation whereon I now live during her Natural life. I give unto my Son, Joshua HOWARD five Shillings, also I give onto the Heirs of my Daughter Salley WEATHERSPOON five Shillings, also give unto my Son John HOWARD Junr. five Shillings. Also I give unto my Son Philip HOWARD five Shilling, & also I give unto my Daughter Rachel HORTON five Shillings, my Reasons for so doing believeing I have given those mentioned above their Share of my Estate give unto my Son Christopher HOWARD, at the Decease of my Wife Nancy HOWARD one Negroe Boy named Isaac, all my land whereon now live at the decease of my Wife which is four hundred &seventy acre, I give to my Son Christopher HOWARD & Barbary HOWARD my daughter & my Daughter Polley HOWARD to be equally Divided among Christopher, Barbary & Polley, But Christopher to have the improvd. land & the ballance adjoining the same, Likewise I give unto my children Christopher HOWARD, Barbary and Polley HOWARD at the decease of my wife all the residue of my Estate of Whatsoever kind Nature to be Equally Divided among then, to them & their heirs forever, & lastly I appoint my wife Nancy HOWARD y Executrix, also my Son Christopher HOWARD Executor of this last Will & Testament Revoking Disannulling all other wills made by me, In witness hereof I have set my hand & fix'd my Seal this Seventh day of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred & Eleven..
