I James Marlow of the State of North Carolina and County of Wilkes being now in perfect mind and memory do make and confirm this my last will and testament this 21st day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and fifty. Item the first: It is my will and desire that so much of my property be sold as will pay all my just debts.
