W. S. Walston and wife, Emma Walston

Amos Har=rell, Administrator of Reddick Webb, deceased, Sallie Webb and others

It appearing from the complaint in this action that Quillie Webb, Aaron Webb, 
Moses Webb, Jethro Webb and Effie Webb, infants defendants, are without 
general or testimentary guardian, and J. R. Uzzell, their next friend, having 
come into Court and signified his willingness to represent said minors:
It is therefore on motion of the plaintiff ordered taht J. R. Uzzell be and he 
he is hereby appointed guardian ad litem of the infant defendants, Quillie 
Webb, Aaron Webb, Moses Webb, Jethro Webb and Effie Webb in this action , and 
is authorized and directed to appear and defend the same in their behalf as 
such guardian.
