Cook to Willie Lamm Deed This Indenture made and entered into this the first day of January eighteen hundred & sixty-six between A. J. Cook of the County of Wilson & State of North Carolina of the first part & Willie Lamm of the county & state aforesd. of the second part, Witnesseth that I the said A. J. Cook for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty-five dollars to me in hand paid by the sd. Willie Lamm the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have bargained sold and conveyed unto the sd. Willie Lamm a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county and state aforesaid on the North side of the new road and bounded as follows beginning at a pine Boykins corner in Flowers line thence East with said Boykins line to a dead pine in Lamm's line a corner thence North sd. Lamm's line to a small black oak thence West to a stake in Flowers line thence South with sd. Flowers line to the beginning containing by estimation fifty acres more or less to have and to hold to him the sd. Lamm his heirs & assigns forever and I the said A. J. Cook do warrant & forever defend the rights & title of the above named Land to him the said Willie Lamm and assigns in fee simple clear & free from all claims Whatever.
