Mrs. Mollie Grice, the wife of Mr. W. H. Grice, aged about 45 years. She was a daughter of the late Duncan Flowers, of Old Fields township. She leaves a husband and five children and several brothers and sisters to mourn her departure. She had so lived as to gain the love and respect of her neighbors, and had for the last several years been a faithful member of the Freewill Baptist church and had fully resigned herself to the will of her Savior. She often talked of her condition to her family and neighbors and expressed a willingness to die, her only regret being the separation from her family. She had suffered for about one year and bore her afflictions with christian fortitude and patience. He husband and little children have the sympathies of the entire community.
