Will of William Henry Bunn
Will Book 1, Page 117, Wilson County, NC, Courthouse, Wilson, NC

I, Wm H. Bunn of the County of Wilson, and state of North
Carolina do make and declare this my last will and testament
(annulling all former wills and testaments by me made) in the
manner and form following to wit:

Item, I give and bequeath all my property and estate, both real
and personal, (afer paying my just debts) to my mother, Mary H.
Bunn to have and to hold the same to her, her heirs and assigns
forever.  

I do hereby nominate and appoint my father, Redmun Bunn, Executor
to this, my last will and testament and do leave the same in his
care and possessions.  

In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this the
15th day of December 1862.       

                                     Wm. H. Bunn

Note: William Henry Bunn was killed in the Battle of Burgess Mill, 
near Petersburg, VA on 27 Oct 1864.
