of Noel Ferrell                                                                                                                 Judge Probate

Bede Ferrell maketh oath that she is the widow of Noel Ferrell and one of 
the executors named in the last Will and Testament of said Noel Ferrell is 
dead having in his lifetime made published and declared a certain paper 
writing his last will and testament which is now herewith propounded for 
probate. The estate is supposed to be worth about $400 and Jesse Ferrell, 
Saml. Ferrell, Noel & Enos, the widow and Cherry Ferrell, James W. Ferrell 
the heir of Josiah Barnes & others particularly specified in the said will 
are entitled as legatees and devisees.

I, Bede Ferrell do solemnly swear that I believe this writing to be and 
contain the last Will and Testament of Noel Ferrell deceased; and that I 
will well and truly execute the same by first his debts and then his
legacies, as far as the said estate shall extend, or the law will charge me;
and that I will well and faithfully execute the office of an executor, 
agreeable to the trust and confidence reposed in me, and according to
law; so help me God.
