Hunter Ferrell SURNAMES: FERRELL, BASS Will of Delacy Ferrell Wilson County, North Carolina November 25, 1896 In the name of God Amen I, Delacy Ferrell of the county of Wilson and State of North Carolina being in health of body and of Sound mind, memory and understanding, praise be God for the Same, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following: I give and divise to my beloved husband the tract of land conveyed to me by Anderson Bans (Barnes?) the 25th day of Nov. 1896 containing by estimation Sixty two and one half acres more or less to have and to hold to him the said John W. Ferrell for and during the term of his natural life. And I do nominate, constitute and appoint my said husband sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all and every other will or wills at my time heretofore made by me and do declare this to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said Delacy Ferrell have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 25th day of November 1896.
