Second: I give and bequeath unto my son David Webb one Negro girl by the name of Bet and one Negro boy by the name of Harry, one Negro boy by the name of Elie. Third: I give an bequeath unto my son Nathan Webb one Negro woman by the name of Nance and her daughter Silvy, and one other by the name of Mary Lettie, her child. Fourth: I give and bequeath to my son Orman Webb one Negro boy by the name of Tom, also one Negro boy by the name of Ephraim. Fifth: I give and bequesth to my son Willis Webb one Negro boy by the name of Dennis, also one Negro girl named Gatsy. Sixth: I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Anna Webb one Negro boy by the name of Miles and one Negro girl by the name of Anna. Seventh: I also give and bequeath unto my son Nathan Webb one tract of land lying on the Branch and Tarborough Road known as the Kelly Land adjoining John Ellis and others. Also one other tract of land adjoining Charles Ellis and others, intending hereby to include all the lands I bought belonging to Joseph Kelly. And I give and bequeath to my said son Nathan one other tract of land adjoining the lands of John Carter and James Barron and others. Eighth: I also give to my daughter Temperance the tract or parcel of land whereon she does live. Supposed to be about one hundred acres being all the land I a present own on the south side of a large Pocasan Branch running from the Tarborough Road into White Oak Swamp said land being on the west side of the road adjoining the lands of Joe Felton and Hiram Forbes. Ninth: I also give and bequeath unto my grand daughter Maranda Webb two hundred dollars in cash to be made from the sale of my perishable estate. Tenth: I also give an bequeath unto my daughter Nancy Webb a part of the old tract of land given to me by my Father whereon Henry Webb id live, fifty acres. Eleventh: I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Celia Harrell one hundred and fifty dollars if the perishable part of my estate should hold out. Twelth: I also give and bequeath unto two sons David Webb and John Webb all my lands not disposed of heretofore to be equally divided between the two. Thirteenth: I also give and bequeath unto my grandson Jarrett Webb three hundred dollars to be raised out of the sale of the perishable part of my estate. Fourteenth: I also give and bequeath unto my grandchildren, that is Delpha Ellis' children, Elizabeth Harrell's children, Martha Ann Owens' children, Cyntha Jones' children,. Also Celia Harrell children, also my will and desire is that my daughters Nancy Webb and Temperance Webb shall have an equal share with all my grandchildren as above named of the residue of my estate after paying all my just debts. Fifteenth: I also give and bequeath unto my son David Webb my ___ _____ _____ which I had of my son Willis Webb. Sixteenth: I also give to my son John Webb a colt named Rifften. Seventeenth: And lastly I do hereby make and ordain my worthy friend David Williams my executor to this my last will and testaent, revoking all other wills by me made or cause to be made.
