              TRIBUTE OF RESPECT
              Yadkin Lodge No. 162, July 7, 1863
   RESOLVED, Thas this Lodge has heard with the deepest grief of the death of 
our brother, NEAL BOHANNON, but that it finds consolation in the fact that he 
died a martyr to the cause of Southern independence, closing a life of honor 
by a death of glory, and adding one more to the long list of those whom the 
Great Master has called at "high twelve" to offer up their lives for the 
rights of man.
   RESOLVED, That his bereaved wife has our heartfelt sympathy, in this night 
of our affliction, and the pledge of our Masonic regard forever and forever.
   RESOLVED, That a copy of these resolutions be transmitted to the widow of 
our deceased brother, also a copy to the Raleigh Standard for publicationn.
