YANCEY COUNTY, NC - CEMETERIES - Allen (Young) Cemetery

Turn onto Prices Creek Road, bear left at Banks Creek intersection and go 
approximate ½ mile.  Turn into Harold Fox's driveway.  Walk to the left of his 
house and then up the hill along the fence row to top of hill.  Walk to right 
up the ridge a short distance to the cemetery.
Condition:  Fence in poor condition and entire cemetery grown up in thorn  
            bushes, briars and poison ivy.

1. Young Allen, 10-28-1897 - 1-1-1926 
   (S/o Niram (A.C.) & Elizabeth Gardner Allen)
2. Lillie McPeters Allen, (W/o # 1) 
   (After Young died she married Wilson N. Allen, son of Nathaniel & Jennie 
   Allen on 7-26-1928, She was daughter of Mr. & Mrs. John McPeters)
3. Thomas Nathaniel Allen, 12-6-1893 - 6-10-1934 
   (Husband of Cora Stiles Allen, S/o  Adniram C. & Lizzie Gardner Allen).
4. John Gardner, Brother of Lizzie Gardner and 
   S/o W. H. & Martha Young Gardner
5. Child's grave
