YANCEY COUNTY, NC - CEMETERIES - Band Mill Cemetery

Located in the Ramseytown area about one mile down Huntdale road.  Brick 
mailbox on left, turn right and follow road to Willie Murphy's House, continue 
on to barn.  The cemetery is  directly above the barn.
Condition:  Good, fenced and well kept.

Information from Mr. Grant Ward is that Elisha Hunter's family as well as 
Tiptons and Bryants are buried here.  He states that an Infant Siegle (likely 
to be a child of a work hand of the Band Mill) is buried here. Thomas Bryant 
and some of his wives may be buried here.
