HIGGINS (Robert W.) CEMETERY  Location: This Family Cemetery is located on 19W 
North about 1/4 mile beyond road #1385 (Piney Hill). Continue on 19W, cross 
the bridge and immediately on left is the cemetery .Condition:  Fenced and 
well kept.
