Pinellas County) was identified Sunday as the third Bay area victim of a plane crash in Burnsville, N.C. (Anson-Yancey Counties). Her Husband, Charles Freeble III and Freddy Camuzzi also died when Camuzzi's 2006 Columbia fixed-wing, single-engine aircraft bounced on landing Saturday morning and struck other planes along the airstrip, according to the Yancey County Sheriff's Department. Camuzzi, 60, of Largo (Fl. Pinellas County) was an urologist at St. Petersburg General Hospital (Fl., Pinellas County) and Charles Freeble, 59, was a cardiologist there. The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the crash. John B.
