LORA ALLEN
BURNSVILLE – Lora Allen, 92, died Tuesday, June 18, 2002 in a Burnsville 
rest home. She was the daughter of the late Rich and Liz Wilson, and wife 
of the late Krib Allen. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Emma 
Lou Allen, and two sons, Floyd and Lee Allen. She was a member of Blue Rock 
Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Mary Murphy and Elizabeth Blevins, both of 
Burnsville; 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 12 great great 
grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Friday at Blue Rock Baptist Church. Revs. 
Dennis Autrey and Ronnie Gougel officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. 
The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Webb Funeral Home in 
Spruce Pine
