Carolina being of sound mind and memory but considering the uncertainty of life & my earthly Existence do make and declare this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say first that my Executor herein after named shall provide for my body a decent burial suitable to wishes of my relations & friends and pay all funeral Expenses together with all my just debts howsoever and to whomsoever out of the moneys that may first come into hand as a part or parcel of my estate. ITEM I give and devise to my daughter SINDA & my daughter ELIZABETH and my daughter MARY and my daughter NANCY all single women all my land and house and mill to have and to hold to them and their heirs and the said lands to be equally divided amongst the aforesaid four daughters. ITEM I give and bequeath to my daughters SINDA, MARY, ELIZABETH and NANCY all of my Personal Estate to be equally divided amongst them. ITEM 3 I give and bequeath all my money & notes to my daughters SINDY, MARY, ELIZABETH and NANCY to be Equally divided amongst them. ITEM 4 I give and bequeath to my daughters SINDA, MARY, ELIZABETH & NANCY all my household & kitchen furniture to be equally divided amongst them. ITEM 5 I give and bequeath to my daughter NANCY a ---- ---- ---- out of my aforesaid personal property. And lastly I do hereby Constitute and appoint my trusty Friend MOSES PETERSON as my lawful Executor to all intents & purposes to Execute this my last will and Testament according to the -----intent and purpose of the same ------.
