First That my executors hereinafter named shall provide for my body a decent burial Suitable to the wishes of my relatives and friends and pay all funeral expenses together with my just howsoever and to whomsoever owing out of the money that may first come into his hands as a part or parcel of my estate my wish is to be put away in a nice manner irregardless of expenses or friends. Second I give and devise to my beloved wife HARRIETT FENDER Two beds and Sewing machine and Kitchen furniture not otherwise disoposed of in my Will two head of cattle her choice in all the Stock all the domestic fowls and poultry one gray gelding horse eight years old all the Crop of every description that may be upon the plantation Whereon I may live and all the provision on hand at the time of my death I give and devise to my brother ALLEN FENDER the sum of fifty dollars and my family bible I give and devise to my brother in law BACHAS S HENSLEY fifty dollars. I give and devise to by brother in law SILLAS HENSLEY fifty dollars. I give and devise to my brother in law COLLUMBUS RIDDLE fifty dollars for Waiting on me and my Wife. I give and bequeath to JAMES LEDFORD twenty five dollars and my bible that is at Willson and all of my books to JAMES LEDFORD and my brother ALLEN FENDER for them to gather up where ever they can find them. My will and devise is that all the residue of my estate if any left taking out the devises and legacies above mentioned and the remaind if any Shall be sold and the debts owing to me collected and if there should be any Surplus over and the payment of debts expenses and legacies that such Surplus Shall be paid over to wife Absolutely forever futhermore my Will and Wish is that JAMES J. LEDFORD Shall not be interrupted on the notes that I hold against him as I have stated to my brother in law B. S. HENSLEY and brother ALLEN FENDER after my death I don't Want Said Ledford pushed on the notes I held against him and lastley I do hereby Constitute and appoint my trusty friends my Brother ALLEN FENDER and B. S. HENSLEY my lawful executor to all intents and purposes this my last will and testament according to the true intesnt and manner of the Same and every part and clause thereafter hereby revolking and declaring utterly void all other Wills and testament by me heretofore maid In witness Whereof I the Said ISHAM FENDER do hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 14th day of Feburary AD 1885.
