First I give and devise to my beloved wife LUCRETIA HENSLEY the tract of land on which I now reside containing thirty acres more or less for her natural life in satisfaction of her dower and third in all my lands and all money on hand at my death not otherwise disposed of. Second I give and bequeath to my said beloved wife all the household and kitchen furniture not otherwise disposed of in my will, all the farming utensils, four head of cattle, twenty head of hogs , all the domestic foul and poultry, one mule 9 years old, one sewing machine, all the crops on the plantation where I now reside and all the provisions on hand at my death. Third I give and bequeath to my daughter MARGARET the wife of C. R. BAILEY, one white roan heifer and fifty dollars to be delivered to her within ten/two? years after my death which together with the advancements she had from me at the time of her marriage and sundry advancements since that time will make her a fair and equitable portion according to the value of my real and personal estate.
