Poer (Salvadore) In the Name of God Amen I. S. D. POER of the town of Burnsville in the County of Yancey and State of North Carolina do make and ordain this my last will and testament. 1. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife HENNRIETTA all my personal estate of whatsoever nature and description including money and ------- Notes and accounts. To her absolutely. 2nd I give and Devise to my said wife HENNRIETTA for the term of her natural life the Town lot in Burnsville on which I now live with all the privileges and -------- therein to belonging bounded by land and lots of M. P. Penland, the -----lot , N. M. Wilson lot, the cross street and S. H. Flemmings lot. 3rd I leave the Reversion of Said Lot to decide at the death of my Said wife according to the laws of the state. I appoint my Said wife HENNRIETTA Executrix of this my last will and testament. Witness my hand and Seal this 1st day of November 1872. S. D.
