Last Will and Testament of THOMAS VANCE

In the Name of God Amen. I THOMAS VANCE is sick & weak & low and is in his 
right mind. I THOMAS VANCE do will all my property to my wife, all my lands, 
horses and cattle and sheep and hogs, after pay all last debts. Also about 
Twelve Hundred Dollars in money, this 9th day of August 1851.

The above was admitted to Probate upon the oath of R. N. Penland a subscribing 
witness thereto and ordered to be copied and filed and letters Testamentary 
Issued at Fall Term 1851.
