Through pure, unalloyed carelessness last week the LEADER failed to mention 
the marriage of Ole T. Lee to Miss Ingebort Peterson, which event took place 
on Tuesday, May 22d, at the residence of H. T. Lee, brother to the bridegroom. 
Rev. T. S. Reishus performed the ceremony -- which made Ole the happiest man, 
just now, on the Mouse. One by one our young bachelors are passing under the 
marital rock and adding their names to the roll of happy benedicts, but there 
are still quite a number left who have to patch their own breeches and boil 
their "spuds" unpeeled. Ole Lee's example may stimulate the boys to more 
aggressive action, and before the Ides of '89 are upon us some of them 
may "cage their birdie" too.
