These records list students who attended grades 1 and 2 in the Lakota (Nelson County), North
Dakota School (Kane School District No. 1) for the school year beginning September 3, 1900 and
ending May 31, 1901. Mary Breslain was the teacher, she was paid $50.00 per month for the
school term.
