Last Surviving Drayton, N.D. Founder Dies George Washington Healy, last surviving founder of Drayton, N.D. in 1878, a retired farmer, died Sunday [Sept. 5] at his home, 219 East Granada court, following a three-days' illness, at the age of 90 years. A native of Drayton, Canada, Mr. Healy came to California, in 1924 from St. Paul, Minn, and moved to Ontario, from Riverside in 1926. Mrs. Healy died here in 1945. Surviving the octeganerian are a daughter, Miss Florence Healy, Ontario; a son, Russell, Eau Claire, Wis.; a brother, Frank, Corona, and two grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Healy will be conducted tomorrow, 2 p.m. at the J. B. Draper chapel, 127 West C street. The Rev. E. Clyde Smith of the First Methodist church, to which the nonagenarian belonged, will officiate. Interment will be in Bellevue cemetery.
