Dickinson ND Press 6 Jul 1949
 Joseph Berger died July 3 at Dickinson from cancer. Services today at St. Pius
Catholic Church in Schefield. Burial St. Pius cemetery.

   Joseph was born February 11, 1889 at Odessa, Russia, to Frank and Rose
Berger. He came to the United States in 1901. He married Wilhelmina Lantz in
1917 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in St. Joseph ND.

   He is survived by his widow and 12 children, Frank, Vincent, Anton, Caroline,
Monica, Joe, Leo, Minnie, Jack, Veronica, Catherine and Lawrence; also by 4

Additional Comments:
I am posting several messages with obituaries extracted from microfilm,
published in the Dickinson Press 1949-1953.

Much of the microfilm is either faded/dark/out of focus, etc. You will find
occasional instances of missing data, obvious errors, etc. In a few cases I made
corrections with data I knew to be factual, but mostly I transcribed as printed
and/or legible.

I am primarily searching for information on Reisenauer, Olheiser and Paul
