Funeral services for Helena Frederick of 228 South Main were held Tuesday at 10
a.m. in the St. Joseph's Catholic church in Dickinson. Monsignor George P.
Aberle officiated the services. Pallbearers were members of the St. Anthony
club. She died at her home February 23 at 5:30 p.m. She had been ill about 30
years.

   Helena Frederick was born in 1881 in Kolon, Russia. She came to the United
States in 1902.

   She married Jerome Frederick in Dickinson.

   Surviving relatives are children Mrs. Florence Morrisson, Anthony Frederick,
Mrs. Francis Sherwood, Mrs. Andeline Lang, Mrs. Theresa Viastel, Mrs. Helen
Calahan, and Mrs. Pauline Gibbard. Other relatives are Kathleen and James
Gibbard, Betty, Jean and Robert Frederick, George J. Lang, Binard and Edward
Sherwood, Jerry Calahan Jr. Great grandchildren are John F., Joyce Debrah,
Robert and Charleen Frederick.

   She was a member of the St. Joseph's and St. Anthony club in Dickinson.

   The Mischel funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
