Dickinson ND Press 14 Jun 1950
   Katharina Koch, died at about 3 p.m. Sunday at St. Joseph's hospital. She had
been a resident of St. Benedict's home for the last four years and death was
caused by complications of old age.

   Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today in St. Joseph's Catholic
church, with Msgr. George P. Aberle officiating. Interment will be in St.
Joseph's cemetery.

   Mrs. Koch was born in Russia, December 6, 1869, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Sebastian Fischer. She came to the United States in 1909.

   She was married to Dennis Koch, who preceded her in death in 1934.

   Survivors include her children: Mrs. Alex Dietz, Hamilton, Mont.; Mrs. Val
Messer, Hebron; Mrs. Mike Ehrmantraut, Lodi, Calif.; Sebastian Koch, Amidon;
Andrew Koch, Belfield; and John Koch, Richardton. She also has 38 grandchildren.

   The Mischel funeral home is in charge of arrangements. Dickinson ND Press 14

I am posting several messages with obituaries extracted from microfilm,
published in the Dickinson Press 1949-1953.

Much of the microfilm is either faded/dark/out of focus, etc. You will find
occasional instances of missing data, obvious errors, etc. In a few cases I made
corrections with data I knew to be factual, but mostly I transcribed as printed
and/or legible.
