   Mrs. Elizabeth Renner, died in St. Joseph's hospital at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, at
the age of 86. The former Mandan woman resided at St. Benedict's home for the
aged here, since March 6, 1947.

   Funeral services will be held in Mandan according to the Mischel funeral
home, in charge of arrangements.

   Survivors include her children, Mrs. Peter Helbling, Ambrose Renner, George
Renner, all of Mandan, and Mrs. Lawrence Welk.

   Mrs. Renner was born in Russia, and came to the United States in 1893.

I am posting several messages with obituaries extracted from microfilm,
published in the Dickinson Press 1949-1953.

Much of the microfilm is either faded/dark/out of focus, etc. You will find
occasional instances of missing data, obvious errors, etc. In a few cases I made
corrections with data I knew to be factual, but mostly I transcribed as printed
and/or legible.
