this was a plot of land that was purchased by my father lewis mcdaniel and
to be used as a landfill.  I believe it was purchased in the 1980's and sold 
in the 1990's.  I do not know the dates exactly, that is why I am researching 
this.  The landfill is now currently owned by waste management. this property 
in on state highway 23., between Velva and Minot n.d., in the country.  I wish 
to know when he sold it and  who the prior owner was.  My father died in 2007 
and I am his legal daughter and power of attorney to his estate. I also would 
like to know if he retained mineral rights to this parcel of land.
