Personal research
Hans Husom was born abt 1868 in N​orway. 



He emigrated 1880​ to U.S. and homesteaded farmland at Mountrail, North
Dakota. 



Hans married Helena ​Anderse​n (Helena born September 28, 1887 Newburg,
Mitchell, 
Iowa, died February 3, 1943 Kenmare, Ward, North Dakota) on October 4, 1905 at
N​
orth Dako​ta.  The couple had one daughter, Gladys Ire​ne Bertha Husom
(born 
December 22, 1906 North Dakota). 



Found in 1910, 1915 censuses living at District 108, Crawford, Mountrail, North 
Dakota: 

1910: Hans Husom 33, Helen Husom 23, Gladys Husom 3. 



Found in the 1920 - 1940 censuses at Redmond, Mountrail, North Dakota:

1920: Hans Husom 53 (should be 33), Helen Husom 33, Gladys Husom 13. 

1925: Hans Husom age 55, Helena 38, Gladys 18.

1930: Hans Husain 42, Helen Husain 43, Gladys Husain 23. 

1940: Hans Husom  72, Helen Husom  53, Gladys Husom  33. Says he was born 1868, 
naturalized, farmer with 200 acres. 



1954-1957: living in Minot, ND.



Hans Husom died in possibly Minot, North​ Dakota. Cannot find where he is 
buried. ​​

Additional Comments:
Cannot find Hans' specific death date nor where he or his daughter were 
buried.  His wife, Helena Anderson Husom, is buried at Our Savior's Lutheran, 
Spencer, Ward, North Dakota.
