    Car Mishap Is Fatal
   Sterling, Colo. (AP)--  A former sheriff of Arthur
County, Neb., died in a highway crash on U. S. east of
Sterling Sunday.
He was Wesley I Reichenberg 33, of Arthur. Three other
Nebraska men in the westboundd car when it overturned
were treated in a Sterling hospital.
  They were Rex Foster, 40,  Grant who suffered chest
injuries and shock; Harold Larson, 52, Ogallala, head
and leg lacerations and shock, and Gerald Hahn, Ogallala,
broken back and shock.
