Services Set For J. Monhart
ARTHUR (UPI) -- Funeral services will be held at
the Baptist Church here Friday for Joseph Monhart,
one of the first settlers of Arthur County and a
longtime county treasurer. He died Monday at the
age of 88.
  Monhart was county treasurer from January 1939 to
January 1971. He lived in Arthur for 57 years.
  Surviving are hs wife Winnie, three daughters,
one son, one sister, 15 grandchildren, 35 great-
grandchildren.
