Hotel, opera house, moving picture outfit, five room dwelling, electric light plant, sheds and buildings. Hotel- Twenty four rooms, building 28 by 60, fully furnished; in good order; electric light thruout; practically a monoply on commercial trade. Opera House-- Fitted with 300 opera chairs, building 25 by 75. Does a good buisiness; all modern equipment; high grade stage fixtures; moving picture outfit-- one of the best, but slightly used. Dwelling House-- Lot 75 by 120; always rented. Modern electric light plant-- enough current for entire time. (town?) Coal shed, store rooms and other buildings. All must go in one lump.
