Albion, Boone Co. Neb. } Nov 30th, A. D. 1872} Notice is hereby given that sealed bids and proposals will be received at the County Clerks office, in Albion, Boone couonty, Nebraska, until the 24th day of December A. D. 1872, at 10 o'clock A. M., for the building of five (5) wagon bridges for Boone county. Four (4) of the bridges to be sixty (60) feet, single span, across Beaver Creek, and one forth (40) feet, single span bridge across Spring Branch. Specifications, size of timbers, kind of abuttments, &c, as well as approved security in double the amount of the the bids, and the shortest time in which the same can be completed to be handed in with the proposals. The County Commissioners reserving the right to reject any or all bids and proposals. The ????? to be paid for when accepted by the County Commissioners, in county warrants. Two-thirds (2/3) ??? in warrants, drawn on the levy of July, A. D. 1872, and the remaining one-third (1/3) to be drawn on the levy of July 1873.
