Notice For Publication

Land Office at O'Neill Neb., June 1, 1900
   Notice is hereby given that the following 
named settler his filed notice of his intention
to make final proof in support of his claim, 
and that said proof will be made before Clerk
Dist. Court. at Butte, Neb., on July 16, 1900 viz:
     Jacob N. Serr, H. E. No. 1298,
for the nw 1/4 sw 1/4, sec 2, e 1/2 se 1/4, sw 1/4
se 1/4, sec. 3, t. 33n, r. 13w.
   He names the following witnesses to prove his
continuous residence upon and cultivation of
said land, viz:
   Christian Fuehrer, Karl Serr, Konrad Kraft,
Johan Horst, all of Butte, Nebr.
