Graves Returns From Richmond With That Title Bishop Anson R. Graves, who has just returned from Richmond, Va., as the representative from this diocese to the general convention of the House of Bishops of the Episcopal church, was appointed as Bishop of Kearney. Kearney has been designated as the see city of the new diocese of Kearney, which includes all of western Nebraska, which was formerly a part of the diocese of Laramie, but which was set apart as a separate district at this convention. The bishop will continue to make his home in this city and in addition this action will make the city the location of a cathedral and the seat of the activities of the church for this section. After a short period of rest the bishop will make a trip over the district, after which he will go to Florida with the family to spend the winter. Mrs. Graves is making a more extended visit in the east.
