       This resource has histories of Murray agriculture, churches,
       early businesses, current (1984) businesses, the volunteer
       fire department, community organizations and schools. The
       many photographs cover a broad time span.

       Data resources in the book include:

          * some school student lists (after 1900)
          * veterans from the Civil War, WWI & WWII, Korea and
            Vietnam

       Much of the book consists of brief family sketches. No index
       is included within the book.
