The Nebraska Advertiser (Brownville, NE) Thur Dec 5, 1867 December 5, 1867

The Press says that Jennings & Dill have begun the
foundation of their Woolen Factory at Avoca, and are
working a large force of hands. They expect to have
it completed and in running order soon.
