Willam Nickles being duly sworn says, that there is no legal inpediment
existing to prevent Mr. Wm. Nickles and Miss Eliza Fletcher both of Cass
County, from entering into the Marriage Contract, and that they both are
of sufficient age in life to Contract Marriage.

I hereby notify that I did on the 12th day of January 1865 solomize the
marriage of Mr. Wm. Nickles and Miss Eliza Fletcher both of Cass County
at the home of Mr. Fletcher the brides father in said county in presence
of James Thomas and John McClure.
