Wm. M. Wiley, being duly sworn, says that there is no legal impediment 
existing to prevent Mr. William M. Wiley and Miss Mary L. Craig both 
of Cass County, from entering into the Marriage Contract, and that 
they both are of sufficient age in Law to Contract Marriage.

legal impediment existing to the marriage of Wm. M. Wiley and Miss 
Mary L. Craig both of Cass Co., therefore Marriage License this day 
issued.

solemnize the Marriage of Mr. William M. Wiley and Miss Mary L. Craig 
both of Cass County, at the home of Susan Craig in said County in 
presence of Sarah Smith and William Bryan.
