Foxhoven, 75, Papillion, formerly of Crofton, died March 21, 2000, at Huntington Park Care Center, Papillion. Services were March 24 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Bellevue, with Rev. Mike Keating officiating. Burial was held in the Bellevue Cemetery. Pallbearers were his grandchildren and their spouses. Alfred was born May 3O, 1924,in Crofton, to William and Katherine (Perk) Foxboven. He attended St. Rose Catholic School, Crofton, and graduated from Holy Trinity High School, Hartington. He farmed with his father for a number of years before moving to Omaha. He worked at Vickers Company in Omaha and then the Bellevue School System where he retired. Survivors include a son, Bill Foxhoven, Omaha; a daughter, Carol, and son-in-law, Ron Stinson, Bellevue; a sister, Charlotte and Jerry Ludders, Omaha; a brother, Paul and Marian Foxhoven, Omaha; a sister-in-law, Betty Foxhoven, Wynot; former wife, Mary Jo Shirley, Omaha; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
