Funeral services were held at the Rice Funeral Chapel in Brighton, Colo. on October 30, 1987 at 1:00 pm. Rev. Glenn Hamlyn officiated. Military honors were conducted by the US Army of Fort Carson, Colo. Interment was in the Fort Logan National Cemetery, at Denver Colo. Pallbeares were Jesse Gregg, Wayne Gregg, Shannon Gregg, grandsons; and DeRoy Gregg, Rex Gregg and Gary Lick. Mr. Gregg was born December 14, 1919 to Jess and Myrtle Gray Gregg near Wynot, NE on an island. He attended local school and served in the US Army during World War II. He married Bealuh Lich at Madison, Neb., on November 11, 1945. Survivors include: his wife, three sons, Delbert, Kenneth and David Gregg, all of Commerce City, Colo. Grandchildren Michelle, Shane, Shannon, Tammy, Jason, Jesse, Wayne and Clay. Two step-grandchildren, Denise and Penelope. He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson Ricky, his brother Eldon, and two infant brothers.
