Robert "Todd" Hohenstein

PONCA- Robert "Todd" Hohenstein, 26, Ponca, died July 17, 1999, at a 
Sioux City, Iowa, hospital. 

Services were July 20 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Newcastle, with 
Father James J. Bartak officiating.

Burial was at Ponca City Cemetery, Ponca.

Robert was born July 24, 1972, to Robert H. and Jeanette (Chapman) 
Hohenstein in Sioux City, Iowa.  He attended Allen public schools 
and graduated from Allen High School in 1990.  He attended Wayne State 
College, and after college, started farming in the Ponca area, where he 
was currently farming.  He married Margie Kneifl Aug.9, 1997, in 
Newcastle.

He was a member of the Allen United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Margie, Ponca; a daughter, Rachel at home, 
his parents, Robert H. and Jeanette Hohenstein, Allen, one sister, 
Shawna Batcheler, and her husband, Tom, Onawa, Iowa, and maternal 
grandparents, Pat and  Donna Fortezzo, Fallbrook, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert W. Hohenstein and 
Helen Cope.
